The Real Problems

Many times happen that real instances are more easy than expected against the high probability they should be difficult and this trick let some approach to solve that instances of problems very easy without a too much general approach .

An explanation of this phenomenon can be due by  a deterministic view of the world where the instaces of problems are constructed by programs in a deterministic way not random picking them from the all complete theoretical possibilities . A program tuned to solve only constructible problems  instances can solve very efficiently all the real instances of the problem without solving the general very difficult problem!
